😕 Once in a while, purchases seem to get stuck in the payment process. This process is largely outside of our control as we use Apple and Google as our payment processors for iOS and Android, respectively. The best thing to try first is to sign out of your Apple ID or Google Play Services ID and then sign back in and try again. If that still doesn't work, close out the app completely, relaunch BitLife, and then try again. If that still doesn't work, then the next step is to contact Apple or Google directly for assistance.
