• When the lag began
• Whether the lag goes away when you start a new life
• Whether the lag goes away when you terminate and relaunch the game
• The device you are using (eg. iPhone 8, iPhone 11, Nexus 6, Samsung Galaxy S9, etc.)
• The operating system you are using (eg. Android 8.1 Oreo, Android 10, iOS 13, etc.)
• Any screenshots or screen grab video you may be able to capture
