Some of my game data has disappeared (saved life, ribbons, heirlooms, achievements, etc.). What should I do?

😬 Oh no, that's frustrating. If you ever deleted and reinstalled the app, then unfortunately your earlier data will be lost. If you never deleted and/or reinstalled and your game data has still disappeared then we need to find out what's going on to try to help.
