💣 Say it ain't so! Crashes are our worst fear and keep us up at night. Luckily, we have a wealth of experience defusing these situations but we need a little bit of help from you to get started.
First, please make sure to check the App Store or Google Play on your device for any new updates to BitLife. We update quite frequently and solve issues with each release so it's possible that what you're experiencing has already been addressed by our engineers.
If you are sure you are on the most current version of the app, then please email us directly at support@bitlifeapp.com with details about your crash:
• When it occurs and, if possible, steps to reproduce it
• The device you are using (eg. iPhone 8, iPhone 11, Nexus 6, Samsung Galaxy S9, etc.)
• The operating system you are using (eg. Android 8.1 Oreo, Android 10, iOS 13, etc.)
• Any screenshots or screen grab video you may be able to capture
